Neighbourhood Rewards Program | Terms and Conditions

Effective: 10 October 2022

1.      The Neighbourhood Rewards Program (Program) is the customer loyalty program which the Neighbourhood Cellars Group operates.

2.      By registering as a member, you agree that these T&Cs will apply to you in respect of the Program.

3.      To become a member, you need to be an individual and have a current Australian residential address. You must be aged 18 years or over to join the Program.

4.      There are no fees to become or remain a member of the Program.

5.      Neighbourhood Rewards points are what you collect when you shop at any Neighbourhood Cellars store.

6.      You can enjoy your Neighbourhood Rewards points as money off your shopping. $1 equals 1 Neighbourhood Rewards point. Once you have collected 2000 Neighbourhood Rewards points you will receive $10 Neighbourhood Rewards dollars to enjoy off a future shop at any of the Neighbourhood Cellar stores.

7.      Your Neighbourhood Rewards points will expire if you do not use or redeem your points/dollars for a period of 18 months.

8.      If your Neighbourhood Rewards Card is lost, stolen or damaged we may issue you with a replacement but are in no way obligated to do so. Any reinstatement of your points will also be at our discretion.

9.      We may change, suspend or terminate these terms and conditions at any time. However, we’ll give you notice ahead of time on our website and via our e-newsletter.

10.   We may at any time without notice: - refuse your application to become a member; - decline to issue you a card or provide any other membership facility; - withdraw or cancel your card, membership facilities or member benefits; - reverse any member benefits, including your Neighbourhood Rewards points; or - terminate your membership.

11.   To the extent permitted by law: (i) we will not be liable to you in any way for any cause in connection with your membership and the Neighbourhood Rewards Program; and (ii) our liability to you will be limited to either the costs of re-supply or repair, or reinstating the number of points, dollars or other member benefits in dispute.

12.   If any part of these terms and conditions is held to be unenforceable, the remainder of these terms and conditions will continue in full force.

13.   These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of News South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.
