Honey Harvest Demo with Livingstone Honey

On Saturday May 29th, Margaret from Livingstone Honey will demonstrate how her honey is harvested from the hives, allowing you to taste it straight off the frame. Livingstone Honey is produced in Lower Portland, and the honeybees gather some of their pollen from Hebron Farm flowers & flowering herbs & veggies. The rest of their pollen comes from the bushland & conservations areas surrounding. This is Australian Bush honey in it’s purest form. Margaret harvests the honey, and then it is delivered direct to Potts Point Providore to our deli shelves. We hope you can join us!
