Ingredients

3-2-1 Ratio

3 Parts Prosecco (Extra Dry)

2 Parts Limoncello

1 Part Soda Water

Method

1. Fill glass with Ice

2. Pour in Limoncello and stir

3. Pour in Prosecco and lightly stir

4. Add Soda Water

5. Garnish with a fresh lemon slice and stem of mint leaves
